粉煤颗粒粒径对煤质分析特性的影响

摘  要: 经筛分得到不同粒径煤样,并通过5E-MAG6600型全自动工业分析仪对不同粒径煤样进行煤质特性分析。结果表明:3种煤级煤样挥发分含量最大值均在3~6 mm粒径段,各煤样挥发分含量随粒径变化规律为长焰煤和焦煤挥发分变化存在"平缓区",焦煤"平缓区"较长焰煤有右移趋势,而无烟煤基本不存在"平缓区",无烟煤挥发分随粒径的增大先减小后增大。 Particle sizes of three coals with different coal metamorphism were obtained through sieving and the coal compositions were measured by using 5E-MAG6600 auto-measuring proximate analyzer. The results shows that the maximum value are all in the particle size of 3~6 mm. The maximum value of the volatiles of the three coal are all in the particle size of 3-6 mm, the change curves of the volatile with particle size in the long flame coal and coking coal have an "flat gentle zones" and comparing with the long flame coal,the "flat gentle zones" in the coking coal have the right shift trend,however there exist no "flat gentle zones" in anthracite, and the volatile in anthracite first decrease then increase with particle size.
