摘 要: 针对软岩巷道围岩变形量大、支护困难、围岩具有膨胀性等特点,采用理论计算与现场实测相结合的方法。首先较为准确地计算了巷道所需支护反力;其次考虑到节约资源和经济性,设计了钢管再生混凝土支护为主、金属网支护和混凝喷层支护为辅的支护方案;最后对粗骨料替代率为0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的钢管再生混凝土支架进行监测分析。 According to the features of soft rock roadway surrounding rock about large deformation, supporting difficulties, expansion of surrounding rock and so on, taking theoretical calculation and site monitoring combined method. Firstly, roadway required support reaction force was calculated a more accurately. Secondly, considering the conservation of resources and economy,the support program of recycled concrete filled steel tube support mainly and assisted metal mesh supporting and con-crete sprayed layer supporting. Lastly, recycled concrete filled steel tube support has coarse aggregate substitution rates of 0, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%, taking monitoring analysis and concrete cost analysis.
