摘 要: 利用自行设计的矿用氮气-细水雾防灭火装置,对其雾化装置部分进行特殊的设计。采用实验手段分析气液体积流量比对雾化装置雾化效果的影响规律,并在实验结果基础上,利用数值模拟方法对氮气-细水雾雾化装置内部气液两相流之间的相互作用机理及过程进行分析,提出了对雾化装置雾化原理的理论解释。 Designing for mine nitrogen-water mist fire extinguishing device, the atomization device is part of the special design. By experiment analysis of gas liquid flow ratio on atomization device atomization effect rule, and on the basis of experimental results, by using numerical simulation method for nitrogen-water mist atomization device internal mechanism of the interaction between gas and liquid two phase flow and process analysis, put forward the theory of the principle of the atomization device atomization explanation.
