摘 要: 为改善水压安全阀阀芯润滑性能,在阀芯表面加工微造型。在建立球冠形、圆柱形表面微造型几何模型基础上,利用基于N-S方程的CFD方法分析2种微造型对阀芯润滑性能的影响,并着重分析面积率、深度2种参数下阀芯表面的压力分布的规律。 In order to improve the water hydraulic relief valve lubrication performance, in the valve core surface processing micro-texturing.
