摘　　要： 在我国快速的城市化进程中,每年有大量村落被拆除,农村集体土地被征收,农民失去土地成为失地村民。为应对这些问题,大量的村民安置社区应运而生。然而,村民安置社区的实效性不尽如人意,公众参与度不高、地域性文化缺失被认为是该问题产生的主要原因。本文以韶关芙蓉新城赤水新村修建性详细规划为例,立足解决村民需求,构建参与性与地域性相结合的规划方法,探究如何规划高实效性的村民安置区规划,旨在为安置社区的实践及研究提供良好借鉴。 During the rapid process of urbanization process in China, many villages are demolished every year, rural collective land are expropriated, farmers lost their land and become land-lost farmers, To meet these problems, mass customization production came into being. In reality, its effectiveness is dissatisfied, low public participation and regional culture missing both are considered to be essential reasons. Taking the construction of new village in Chishui as an example, this paper aims to solve the basic needs of villagers and sets up a planning method combined public participation and regionalism together. It also explores the way to establish a high- effectiveness resettlement community planning, and provides a preferable experience for the establishment and study for this direction.
