摘 要: 为了探究室温条件下Fe(Ⅱ)与赖氨酸、谷氨酸、酪氨酸的固相反应能否发生及反应时间对反应程度的影响,采用X射线衍射表征发现,反应4 h后产物有原料峰的消失以及新衍射峰的出现;用红外光谱表征发现,产物有新的吸收峰生成且形成配位键的N、O原子原有化学键的吸收峰均发生了蓝移;用扫描电镜表征发现,产物颗粒粒径和结构均发生了变化.以上表征结果确定有新物质的生成. This paper exploreswhether at room temperature solid phase reaction can happen between Fe( Ⅱ)and Lysine,Glutamicacid and Tyrosine,and how its reaction timerelates to its reaction effect. According to X-raydiffraction characterization,product with raw material peak disappeared in 4 hours and new diffraction peak appeared; Infrared spectrum characterization showed that new absorption peak was generated in productsand the blue shift emerged in the chemical absorption peaks of the coordination bond N and O atoms; electron microscopyscanning characterization revealed that both particle size and structure of its product are changed. All above characterization results showed new substances emerged.
