摘　　要： 目的探讨原发性高血压的社区治疗效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月内在我社区医院进行治疗的原发性高血压患者共计280例,按随机原则分成观察组和对照组,每组140例。对照组患者单纯给予口服硝苯地平控释片进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上,实施综合社区治疗,主要包括建立健康档案、心理干预、健康宣教、饮食干预、运动干预、用药干预等。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为96.4%,对照组为74.3%,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的收缩压和舒张压水平均较治疗前显著降低,差异显著(P<0.05),且观察组患者的血压控制情况明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的躯体健康、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情绪角色功能、心理健康等各项生活质量因子评分均较治疗前显著提高,差异显著(P<0.05),且观察组患者的生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论与单纯应用降压药治疗相比,社区综合治疗能够显著提高原发性高血压患者的血压控制有效率,能够帮助患者更加有效的控制血压水平,并显著改善患者的生活质量。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of community medical treatment in patients with primary hypertension. Methods A total of 280 patients with primary hypertension who were treated in our community hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 140 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given oral controlled release nifedipine tablets, and those in the observation group were given comprehensive community medical treatment in addition to the treatment in the control group, including establishment of health records, psychological intervention, health education, diet intervention, exercise intervention, and medication intervention. Results There was a significant difference in response rate between the observation group and the control group （96.4% vs 74.3%, P〈0.05）. Both groups had significant reductions in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure after treatment （P〈O.05）, and the observation group had significantly better blood pressure control than the control group （P〈0.05）. Both groups had significant increases in the scores of quality of life factors including physical functioning, role physical functioning, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role emotional functioning, and mental health after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the observation group had a significantly better improvement in quality of life than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with anti-hypertensive drugs alone, comprehensive community medical treatment can significantly improve the rate of effective blood pressure control in patients with primary hypertension and helps to control blood pressure effectively and improve patients＇ quality of life.
