摘　　要： 建立非物质文化遗产传承人档案是非物质文化遗产传承的重要手段,传承人个人存档对于非物质文化遗产传承人档案的原真性、完整性具有重要意义。本文通过SWOT分析法对传承人个人存档的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析,并结合"发挥自身优势、克服自身劣势、利用外部机遇、应对外部威胁"的战略制定原则,提出推广传承人个人数字存档、完善相关非物质文化遗产的法律政策、加大非物质文化遗产建档的经费投入、加强对传承人的档案意识培养和建档业务的指导等具体策略,以期为非物质文化遗产的建档保护提供新的思路。 Creating intangible cultural heritage inheritors archives is an important measure to inherit ICH, inheritors personal arehiving have significance to create real and intact ICH inheritors archives. In this paper, the author use the SWOT analysis analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of inheritors personal archiving, and combined with the strategy formulation principle of ＂to play their own advantages, to overcome their own weaknesses, to use of external opportunities and to deal with the exter- nal threat＂, to put forward specific strategy, such as to promote inheritors personal digital arehiving, to per-feet the relevant legal policy of ICH, to increase investment in creating ICH archive, to strengthen archives consciousness cultivate and archive creating guidance. Looking forward to providing new ideas for ICH pro-teetion.
