摘　　要： 档案利用是档案工作的重要组成部分,在"互联网+"时代扮演越来越重要的角色。在当前"互联网+"时代背景下,档案利用在政策、信息技术、信息化建设等方面面临难得的发展机遇,同时又在利用观念、方式、资源等方面面临严峻挑战。有关档案部门应通过理念创新、技术创新、方式创新,提升档案利用水平与能力,充分发挥档案的应用价值,服务社会。 The utilization of archives is a huge part of archives work, playing a increasingly essential role in the ＂Internet ＋＂ era. Under the current ＂Internet ＋＂ background, the utilization of archives has great opportunities in policy, information technology and information construction, while it is also facing se- vere challenges in notions, ways and resources. Archives department should innovate the theories, technolo-gies and ways of the utilization of archives in order to improve its level and ability, which can thoroughly elaborate the application value of archives to better serve the society.
