摘　　要： 本文采用反相高效液相色谱法,以0.05%(v/v)四氢呋喃水为流动相,使用Eclipse XDB-C_(18)、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在233nm波长下对丙森锌原药中PTU进行分离和定量分析。结果表明该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.999 9,最低检浓度为0.03mg/L,标准偏差为0.02,变异系数为2.76%,平均回收率为97.45%。 A reverse high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of relevant impurity propylenethiourea in propineb TC has been established. The separation and determination was carried out on a Eclipse XDB C18 column （250ram ~4. 6mm, 5txm） with DAD detection at 233nm and tetrabydrofuran and water （v/v = 0. 05：99.95 ） as mobile phase. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9, the limit of detection （LOD） of 0. 03 mg/L, the standard deviation of 0. 02, the variation coefficient of 2.76% and the average recovery of 97.45% were obtained.
