富水易风化炭质页岩隧道污水处理施工技术

摘  要: 营盘山隧道是改建铁路成都至昆明线米易至攀枝花段扩能改造工程重点控制工程,其中3#斜井位于云南省境内,穿越三叠系下统大菁组下段(T_3dq^1)页岩、砂岩夹砾岩及煤,且3#斜井涌水量大,极易产生污水。如何满足环保要求,确保生态环境不受破坏,是本工程的重点。通过对污水处理措施、污水成分、药剂种类选择、投药位置及投药配合比的分析,总结了富水易风化炭质页岩隧道污水处理施工方法和技术措施,对今后类似工程施工具有借鉴意义。 The Yingpanshan Tunnel is a key part of the railway expansion project along the Miyi-Panzhihua section of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway. The No. 3 inclined shaft connecting to the tunnel,located in Yunnan Province,was dug through the lower member of the Dajing Formation in Lower Triassic( T3dq1),which was composed of shale,coal and sandstone interbedded with conglomerate. Due to the large inflow of water into this shaft,wastewater could be easily produced during construction. Since being eco-friendly is a focus of this project,wastewater treatment is necessary. This study analyzed the composition of the wastewater in the tunnel,how to select effective treatment measures and agent types,and how to determine proper positions for agent application and application rates. Then construction methods and technical measures applicable to wastewater treatment in the tunnel through easily-weathered and watery carbonaceous shale were summarized based on the analysis results. This study was supposed to provide a reference for future similar projects.
