怀邵衡铁路矮塔斜拉桥斜拉索施工技术研究

摘  要: 怀邵衡铁路沅江特大桥主桥(90+180+90)m矮塔斜拉加劲连续梁为国内首例客货两用铁路最大跨度的矮塔斜拉桥。本桥斜拉索预应力采用等值法张拉,由于钢束多预应力施工复杂,桥梁线性控制难度大。现介绍该桥斜拉索施工过程中斜拉索制作、挂索、预应力计算、预应力张拉及施工过程的技术和质量控制,旨在为以后同类型工程的施工提供一点参考。 The main bridge of Yuanjiang Super-large Bridge on Huaihua-Hengyang Railway is( 90 + 180 + 90) m low tower cable-stayed bridge with stiffened continuous beams,it is regarded as the first domestic low tower cable-stayed bridge with the largest span for passenger and freight dual-use railway. The prestressing force of this cable-stayed bridge is carried out by equivalent method,due to the excessive number of steel strands and complex construction of prestress,the linear control of the bridge is difficult. This paper introduces some matters needing attention during the construction of stay cable of the bridge,such as manufacture of stay cable,hanging cable,prestress calculation,prestress tension as well as technical and quality control,hoping to provide some references for the construction of future similar projects.
