摘　　要： 本文主要依托新建福州至平潭铁路平潭海峡公铁两用大桥基础施工,详细地介绍了台风区跨海桥梁基础施工难点,针对施工难点进行技术研究,并形成一系列的成果,为以后类似条件下跨海桥梁基础施工提供了良好的借鉴。 Based on the foundation construction of newly-built Pingtan Strait Road-rail Bridge from Fuzhou to Pingtan Railway,this paper introduced in detail of the difficulty for foundation construction of sea-crossing bridge in typhoon area.Then,it made a technical research against the construction difficulties,and formed a series of achievements,which could offer good reference for foundation construction of sea-crossing bridge in future similar conditions.
