摘 要: 为了探明挂篮在混凝土梁段浇筑过程各杆件的受力状况,依托某铁路连续刚构桥对3榀菱形挂篮在混凝土梁段浇筑过程中的受力特性进行了理论与试验测试研究。结果表明,部分杆件在顶板混凝土浇筑后应力有所下降,多数杆件在整个梁段浇筑过程中应力变化不明显。这说明在浇筑顶板混凝土时,底板和腹板混凝土自身已具备一定强度,分担挂篮承受的部分荷载。挂篮杆件理论计算应力和实际测试应力远远小于材料的允许应力,挂篮的强度设计偏于保守,优化设计空间较大。建议在保证挂篮整体稳定性的前提下,挂篮设计应该轻型化。 In order to studying the stress condition of the truss of Movable suspended scaffolding in the concrete pouring process, the mechanical properties of the truss were studied by the finite element software and tested in the construction process of girder pieces concrete relying on a railway bridge beam. The results showed that the stress from part of the links of the truss decreased after concrete pouring of the girder roof, and most links stress change is not obvious. When the girder roof concrete pouring finished, the girder floor and the web concrete itself had has some strength to share partial load for movable suspended scaffolding. Meanwhile, theoretical calculation of the stress and testing stress of the links of movable suspended scaffolding is far less than the link material allowed stress, the strength design of the movable suspended scaffolding is enough safety, which optimization design space is larger. It is suggestion that movable suspended scaffolding should be light-duty design based on the overall stability under the premise of guarantee.
