摘　　要： 当前，严峻的就业形势对大学生的实践能力提出了更高的要求。借鉴国内外高校经验，加强大学生实践能力培养是高校责无旁贷的历史责任。高校应该从教育观念、教师队伍、实践教学、社会实践体系、大学生实践意识培养等方面提升大学生实践能力。 At present ,the severe employment situation puts higher demands on college students＇practical ability. It is the historical responsibility for colleges and universities to draw on the experience of universities at home and abroad and strengthen the cultivation of practical ability of college students. Colleges and universities should enhance the students＇practical ability from the following aspects ： education concept, teaching staff, practical teaching, social practice system and cultivation of college students＇practical consciousness,etc.
