防静电隐条织物的生产实践

摘  要: 总结防静电隐条织物的生产要点。介绍了导电纱的制备工艺、织物经纬纱质量指标;整经工序采用小张力、低车速工艺;浆纱工序,优选浆纱张力、车速、浆料配方等,保证浆纱质量;穿筘工序,采用3入/筘+4入/筘穿法,以较好地隐藏导电纱;织造工序,优化上机工艺,减少停车。采取一系列技术措施后,最终织物顺利生产,织机效率达85%以上,下机一等品率达95%,产品合格率达99%。认为:针对产品特点采取相关工艺优化是保证生产顺利的关键。 Production key points of anti-static shadow striped fabric were summarized. The manufacturing process of conductive yarn and the quality indexes for war[) and weft yarn were introduced. The process of smaller tension and lower speed in warping was adopted. In sizing process, sizing tension, sizing speed, size instruction and so on were optimized to ensure the sizing quality. In feeding process, the method of three yarn per reed -^- four yarn per reed was used to properly hide conductive yarn. In weaving process,loom technology was optimized to re- duce loom stop. After adopting a series of technology measures,the fabric was smoothly produced, the loom effi- ciency was higher than 85%, first grade percentage before cloth repairing was up to 95 0% and the product qualifi- cation ratio was up to 99% It is considered that selecting related processing optimization based on product prop- erties is the key to ensure smooth production.
