摘 要: 表皮细胞间脂质和参与脂质转运的板层小体是皮肤渗透性屏障的物质基础,这些脂质主要包括神经酰胺、胆固醇、游离脂肪酸等;而在角质形成细胞分化过程中形成的板层小体对脂质由颗粒层转运到角质层起重要作用。当皮肤屏障功能受到破坏时,板层小体及细胞间脂质参与屏障功能的修复。因此,外源性的脂质混合物可以改善皮肤屏障功能。 The basis of skin permeability barrier is lipids and their delivery 1amellar bodies. The skin lipids are composed of ceramides, cholesterol and free fatty acids. Lamellar bodies, which are formed during the differentiation of keratinocytes, play an important role in delivering the lipids from the stratum granulosum cells into stratum corneum. When the permeability barrier is perturbed, lamellar bodies and lipids will respond to barrier recovery. Thus, topical lipids can improve skin permeability barrier function.
