摘　　要： 我国高职院校正面临职业教育改革浪潮的机遇与挑战,高职院校资助工作有效保障了教育的公平性与公正性。本文以广东职业技术学院家庭经济困难学生群体为研究对象,探讨个体跟踪法在高职院校的适用性、实效性、创新性以及重要意义,引导贫困生自立自强并成长成才,发挥资助工作经济助人与精神育人的重要功效。 Our country＇s higher＇ vocational colleges are facing the challenges and opportunities under the overwhelming vocational education reform,and the financial aid work in higher vocational colleges effectively guarantees the fairness and the impartiality of higher education.The research objects of this thesis are the students from Guangdong Polytechnic whose families have economic difficulties,by discussing the applicability,effectiveness, innovation,and the significance of the individual tracking method used in the financial aid work in higher vocational colleges,this thesis is aimed to guide the financial difficult students to strengthen their ability ofself-refiance and develop themselves,and make the financial aid work play an important role in financial aid as well as mental education.
