摘　　要： 全球一体化态势下,英语教育在各院校教育体系中的比重越来越高,并在促进学生全面发展方面创造了巨大的价值效益。在此背景下,中外合作项目的英语教学,更是进一步优化了英语教学环境,推动了文化传播与渗透,其在文化教育方面的价值有目共睹。有关中外合作项目中英语教学的文化教育研究,也备受社会各界关注。本文在对中外合作项目英语教学的文化教育原则做出分析和论述的基础上,就高等教育中外合作项目英语教学的文化教育策略进行了研究。 In term of globalization,English education occupies high weight in college education system and promotes huge value for college students all-round development.Based on such macro-environment,the English education in sino-foreign educational cooperative programs pushes forward to optimize English teaching and learning atmosphere,and encourages culture communication and exchanging,whose value for culture education is very significant.Thus,the research on culture education in sino-cooperative programs is worthy of awareness in whole society.This article discussed and analyzed culture education principles,and studies the culture education strategies for English teaching in sino-foreign educational cooperative programs in higher education system：
