摘　　要： 本文主要探究新建地方本科院校学科文化的特点与功能,提出构建新建地方本科院校学科文化的有效措施,促进新建地方本科院校的可持续健康发展,为相关研究人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。 This paper tries to explore the features and functions of the new discipline of local universities culture,put forward effective measures to build the＇new discipline of local universities culture,promote new local colleges sustainable development,provide a reference for the related researchers.
