摘　　要： 目前高职院校学生管理仍较大程度地停留在传统的学生管理模式中,这与当前高职院校的发展新要求、新变化已不相适应,寻求新的学生管理模式已变得日益紧迫。笔者通过现有学生管理模式的分析,指出学生文化管理模式的特征,对高职院校学生文化管理模式进行了研究。 At present higher vocational college students are largely remain in the traditional student management mode,the development of the higher vocational colleges and the current,new changes have not adapted to the new requirements,seeking a new student management model has become increasingly urgent.Through the analysis of＂ the existing student management pattern is pointed out that the characteristics of students＇ cultural management mode, management mode of higher vocational college students ctflture were studied.
