摘 要: 通过ANSYS Fluent建立DPF的仿真模型,利用气固两相流方法计算沿DPF径向颗粒运动位置的变化量和不同孔道间颗粒沉积的质量,分析布朗力、扩张段形状和气体流量对颗粒的运动和沉积的影响作用。结果表明布朗力对颗粒运动位置和速度有一定的影响,对颗粒沉积质量的影响较小;改善扩张段形状可以改善颗粒沉积质量分布;孔道内气体流量和颗粒沉积质量具有高度的相关性。 The simulation model of DPF was established with ANSYS Fluent. In this paper, the movement of panicles along the radial direction of DPF and the quality of particles in different channels are calculated. The influences of the Brown force, the shape of DPF and the gas flow rate on the particle' s motion and deposition are analyzed. The results show that Brown force had a small influence on the particle' s motion, and this effect couldn' t change the deposition of particles. Improving the shape of the expansion section could improve the uniformity of particle deposition, and there is high correlation between the gas flux and the quality of particles.
