聚氨酯泡沫夹心板预埋螺栓拉脱试验研究

摘  要: 以聚氨酯泡沫为芯材,纤维增强复合材料为面板制备了聚氨酯泡沫夹芯板。通过拉脱试验研究了聚氨酯泡沫夹芯板预埋螺栓的拉脱行为,观察了聚氨酯泡沫夹芯板的破坏模式,分析了其破坏机理。研究结果表明,聚氨酯泡沫夹芯板预埋螺栓的拉脱载荷—位移曲线可分为芯子剪切破坏阶段和面板与芯子脱粘阶段两个阶段构成;失效过程为首先在芯子中产生裂纹,裂纹沿着斜约45°向上部周围扩展一直延伸到面板处,接着面板和螺栓一起被拉起,使得面板和芯子开始脱粘直至彻底破坏,脱粘区域基本呈弧形条状分布在中心螺栓的两边,面板上白色的区域也存在基体的损伤。 The polyurethane foam sandwich panels were fabricated using polyurethane foam as the core material and fiber reinforced composite materials as the shell. The pull-off behavior of the polyurethane foam sandwich panels was studied by test. The failure mode of the polyurethane foam sandwich panels was observed and the failure mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the pull-off curves of the polyurethane foam sandwich panels can be divided into two regions, including the core shear failure region and the core debonding region;and that the crack was generated in the core and extended to the panel about 45 degrees upwards, and the panel and the bolt were pulled up together at the beginning of the failure process. It made the panel and core debonding until thoroughly failed. The debonding area was distributed on both sides of the center bolt in strips. The matrix damage exists in the white area on the panel.
