摘　　要： 更年期是妇女由生育期向老年期过渡的时期,是每个女性必经的阶段。传统中医认为,肾虚是更年期综合征的主要发病原因,治宜以补肾为主。但近年研究结果表明,该病的病机远不止肾虚一端。随着研究的不断深入,更年期综合征发病机制愈发受到关注,相应的治疗方式也更加多样化。整理近年来相关文献,从更年期综合征的病因病机、治疗方法等方面概述更年期综合征的研究近况,并对当前中医治疗该病存在的问题进行初步探讨,以期为临床治疗更年期综合征提供更多参考依据。 The climacteric is the transitional period of a woman from bearing to agedness which is a stage that every woman must go through. Traditional Chinese medicine takes the view that the deficiency of kidney energy is the cause of the disease,treated with chief method of tonifying the kidney. But in recent years, the results of the study show that the pathogenesis of this disease is far more than the kidney deficiency. With the deepening of the study, more and more pathogenesis has been concerned about menopausal syndrome, so the corresponding treatment methods are more diversified. This thesis sorts out many related research papers on etiology and path- ogenesis, treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine on climacteric syndrome in recent years, summarizes current research on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of climacteric syndrome, and discusses existing problems about treating climacteric syn- drome preliminarily, provides some evidences for clinic application.
