摘 要: 目的:探索电针对H_(22)肝癌小鼠昼夜节律的时相特征影响。方法:应用小动物自发性活动自动记录及节律分析系统,小鼠全程置于光暗控制下(L∶D为12∶12,即07∶00-19∶00光照,19∶00-07∶00暗置)驯化3天,将筛选合格的60只雄性C57BL6/J小鼠随机分为模型组、空白对照组、电针组,每组20只,监测7天。第11天造模,造模结束后继续监测10天,于第21天开始电针治疗,持续10d。剔除驯化3天、造模后3天及实验中途添加饮水和饲料后3天的数据,实验结束后,共21天的数据纳入分析。结果:电针组与模型组的峰相位比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组与空白组的峰相位比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组与模型组振幅比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组与空白组振幅比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电针组的活动起始时间与空白组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),电针组的起始活动时间与空白组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);电针组的周期与空白组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),电针组的周期与模型组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在光暗对照控制下,H22肝癌小鼠活动节律的时相特征为:峰相位延迟、振幅降低,周期与起始时间无变化,而电针刺激可以对肝癌小鼠的昼夜节律产生良性调节作用。 Objective.To explore the time phase characteristics of the pathological rhythm in mice with H22. Methods:To rely on using small animal spontaneous activity of the automatic recording and rhythm analysis system, mouse whole placed in light and dark in the control condition (L : D 12 : 12,07:00-19 ;00 Light, 19 :00-07 :00 Dark) domesticated three days, then screened 40 male C57BL6/] mice were randomly divided into model group and control group, with 20 mice in each group and monitored for 7 days. E- leventh days to build the model, after the end of the mold to continue monitoring for 20 days. The data of 21 days after the experi- ment will be included in the analysis. Results:Comparison of the peak phase of EA group and model group, the difference was sta- tistically significant(P〈0.05); comparing the peak phase electro-acupuncture group and control group, the difference was statisti- cally significant(P〈0.05) ; comparing the amplitude of electro-acupuncture group and model group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the amplitude of electric needle group and control group. The difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05); activities of the starting time compared with the control group, electro-acupuncture group, no statistical significance (P〉 0.05), the starting time compared with the control group, electro-acupuncture group, no statistical significance(P〉0.05); cycle compared with the control group, electro-acupuncture group, no statistical significance(P〉0.05), compared with the model cycle group of EA group, no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion:There was no change in the peak phase delay and ampli rude, and the period and the start time, which indicated that EA could regulate the circadian rhythm of liver cancer mice.
