摘　　要： 专名理论是逻辑哲学领域关注的一个重要问题。穆勒在《逻辑体系》一书中阐述了他的专名理论。穆勒的专名理论提出后,许多哲学家包括罗素分析了其面临的难题。但是,克里普克支持穆勒的专名思想。在介绍穆勒专名理论的基础上,分析其将面临的难题,并结合克里普克的理论,为穆勒的专名理论进行辩护。 The theory of proper names is an important issue in the field of philosophy of logic. Mill expounds his theory of proper names in the book A System of Logic. Once he puts forward his theory of proper names,many philosophers,including Russell analyze the difficulties that the theory is facing.However,Kripke supports Mill ＇s theory of proper names. On the basis of the introduction of this theory,this paper conducts an analysis of the difficulties and also makes a defense for Mill＇s theory of proper names combining with Kripke＇s theory.
