摘　　要： 2016年2月国务院提出推广街区制,旨在通过城市居住模式的改变来有效缓解日益严重的"城市病"。基于现代化都市视角分析建设住宅小区的弊端,归纳建设开放社区的优势所在,并且对开放社区的建设提出若干可预见性的问题,进而从政府、开发商、居民3个主体角度探讨建设开放社区途径。认为政府主导建设路线、开发商积极配合、居民参与设计3个环节紧密结合能更好更快地建设开放社区。 In February 2016 ,the State Council proposed to increasingly serious urban diseases effectively through the promote block system in order to solve the change of urban residential pattern. This paper analyzes the disadvantages of building residential district and sums up the advantages of building open communities from the perspective of modem city, puts forward some predictable problems about the construction of open communities and then discusses the approach of building open communities from the standing of the government, the developers and the residents. This paper suggests that the three links the government leading the construction route, the developers cooperating actively, and the residents participating in the design are closely integrated with each other which could build open communities better and faster.
