摘　　要： 从空间和身份认同的角度探讨小说《丈夫》中的丈夫和妻子在乡下和都市两地的不同境遇可以看出,空间已不仅仅是地理上的概念,也包含了隐秘的心理空间的嬗变。与其说是贫穷逼迫主人公寻求生存空间的大挪移,不如说是社会空间嬗变深刻地影响着这对农民夫妻的人生选择。从乡下到都市,最后再次回到乡下,空间轮回,丈夫经历了过山车般的身份认同与危机。丈夫空间大腾挪是一场没有硝烟的文化战争、性别战争、资本战争。小说预叙与结局描述矛盾,丈夫与妻子的还乡已是不可能的奢侈抑或是作家一厢情愿的浪漫想象,隐喻式传递出沈从文对湘西传统社会何以走向现代的困惑。 By exploring the husband and wife＇ s two different situations of countryside and city in the novel Husband, it can be seen from the space and identity perspective, the space is not just a geographical concept, also contains the secret of the evolution of mental space. It is poverty forced hero seeking living space shifting, rather than social space evolution affects the couple＇ s life choices. From the countryside to the city, and finally back to the countryside, the cycle of space, the husband experienced a roller coaster identity and crisis. Her husband is a large space for maneuvers without smoke of war, war, gender culture capital of war. The novel flash forward and ending description of contradic- tions, returning the husband and wife is impossible or wishful thinking of writer luxury romantic imagination, which implied Shen Cong - wen＇ s confusion why Xiangxi traditional to the modem society.
