摘 要: 三线建设作为一项重大战略,曾对提升中国的国家实力发挥了巨大的作用。但由于前期的诸项准备不够充分或过于理想化,故而广大参与三线建设的企业,尤其是作为主力的军工企业,其实从一开始就陷入了始料未及的困境之中。本文以万江机电厂1966-1978年间在贵州发展情状作为研究个案,通过集中展现万江机电厂在遭遇基建工程迟缓、工厂产能低下、技术人员缺乏等难题时的积极应对与探索,不仅在微观上实现了对以往三线建设认知更为具象、深入的历史建构,而且也有助于三线建设历史经验的科学总结与国内相关研究的进一步拓展。 The Third Front Movement,as a major strategy,played an important role to enhance China's national strength; however,due to insufficient or idealistic during the pre-preparation stage,the majority of enterprises participating in the Third Front Movement,especially as the main military industrial enterprises,were trapped into unexpected predicament from the very beginning. The present paper studied Wanjiang Aviation Electromechanical Factory( 1966-1978) in their early stage by centralizing how to actively respond when they encountered series of problems: tardy infrastructure projects,low plant capacity,and the lack of technical personnel,not only achieves to present a more concrete and comprehensive historical framework of this great historical process——the Third Front movement,but also it would demonstrate an in-depth interpretation in two aspects: a summary of the historical experience and a constructive suggestion about the research of the Third Front Movement.
