摘　　要： 作为古代吐蕃王朝时期法律体系中重要的组成部分,吐蕃社会的民事法律有着自身独特的内容。作为维护本民族经济基础和民事权利,为维护一定的所有权制度和可能产生的商品关系、婚姻关系、财产继承关系等领域的法律规定,能够体现出以调整其所有制关系和其所反映的人身关系和财产关系的重要内容。主要是由吐蕃王朝社会高层通过赞普诏书和各机关或各级官吏针对吐蕃全局的经济、人身、婚姻、财产领域的民事纠纷案件的处理规则,以及通过藏族古代社会特有的议事会议制度中盟誓后宣布的决定或法规演变而来,另外由地方各级官吏针对各自的统辖区处理大小事务时,征求吐蕃中央君臣意见后制定的各种民事领域的习惯法,还包括诸法合体的各种法典和契约表现出来的内容等,构成了吐蕃王朝时期法律体系中具有藏族本土法文化特色的民事法律制度。 As an important part of the legal system of the ancient Tubo Dynasty, the Tibetansocial civil law has its own unique content. As the maintenance of the national economy and civil rights, in order to maintain certain ownership system and the possible relationship between commodity, marriage, the law field of property inheritance relations, which reflect the important to adjust the ownership relationship and it reflects the personal and property relations. The Tubo Dynasty is mainly composed of high society through Zanpu Edict and organs or officials in Tibet global man, economy, marriage, rules of civil disputes in the field of property, and announced by the ancient Tibetan society the procedure for the conference system after the conference system in establishing the announcement or regulation has evolved, also by local officials at all levels according to their respective jurisdiction affairs. The customary law enacted for the views of all the central Tibetan civil field, also includes a combination of all laws of various law and contract performance out of the content. In the period of legal system, there is a civil legal system with Tibetan local legal culture characteristics.
