摘　　要： 当今高校科研环境纷扰异化,对高校研究生导师心态产生了巨大冲击,导师心态变化对研究生世界观、价值观、科研观的建立产生了巨大影响。文章通过分析导师心态的变化对指导研究生的影响,指出保有学者心态对导师自身科研状态及研究生的管理工作均有积极的影响。 Nowadays,the research environment of university has a great impact on the psychology of graduate students,and the change of tutors＇ mentality has a great influence on the establishment of the world outlook,values and scientific research ideas.This paper analyzes the influence of the change of the tutor＇s mentality on the graduate students, and points out that the retention of the scholars＇ attitude has a positive influence on the scientific research and the management of graduate students.
