摘　　要： 中国已经进入了人口"老龄化"社会阶段,这不仅会产生一系列的社会问题,也产生了巨大的新型市场——"适老产品"市场。作为一个新的社会问题,家具企业应该看到这是一个巨大的市场。如何去开发这片"蓝海"是值得我们思考的问题。据国家统计局发布的《2014年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》显示:"我国65岁以上的老人新增594万,10人中有1位65岁以上的老年人,21世纪的中国将是一个不可逆转的老龄社会"。老龄化带来了个人与家庭的问题,同时也为企业带来了发展的机遇。因此,家具产业要积极构建老龄化社会的产业对策——"银发经济"。"适老家具"设计应遵循以下原则:解决老年人起身、俯身较吃力,站立时重心不稳等问题;解决"居家养老"治疗的需要;考虑家具本身的稳固性和安全性;充分考虑家具的拆换清洁;根据老人的日常生活习惯进行设计。 China has entered the stage of population aging society, which not only produces a series of social problems, but also produces a huge new market——＂Products for the elderly＂. As a new social problem, furniture enterprises should see that this is a huge market. How to develop this piece of ＂Blue Ocean＂ is worth thinking about. According to the National Bureau of Statistics released the ＂2014 National Economic and Social Development Bulletin＂ shows： ＂China＇s over 65-year-old elderly added 5.94 million, one in 10 people is 65-year-old elderly, China will be an irreversible aging society in the 21st century＂. Aging has brought personal and family problems, but also for the enterprise to bring the development opportunities. Therefore, the furniture industry should actively build industrial countermeasures of the aging society——＂Silver Economy＂. The design of ＂Furniture for the elderly＂ should follow the following principles： solve the problems of getting up, bending the body, and standing with unstable center of gravity. Then need to solve the treatment of ＂home-based care＂; consider the stability and security of the furniture itself; take full consideration of the cleaning of furniture; design according to the old people＇s daily habits.
