摘　　要： 脑卒中是神经内科的一种常见疾病,其发病率在近年来随着老龄化趋势的加剧而逐渐增高,卒中后癫痫作为脑卒中的常见并发症,其发生率也出现增高,对患者的预后产生严重不良影响,但目前,临床上关于卒中后癫痫的诊断方法和治疗方法尚未完全明确,缺乏统一规范和标准,导致卒中后癫痫的诊断和治疗工作面临着诸多困难。该文主要是针对卒中后癫痫的诊断方法、治疗方法进行阐述和分析,以归纳总结近年来卒中后癫痫的诊断和治疗研究进展。 The stroke is a common disease in the department of neurology, with the aging of people, the morbidity gradually increases, the epilepsy after stroke, as a common complication of stroke, the incidence rate gradually increases, bringing an adverse effect on the prognosis of patients, but currently, the diagnosis method and treatment method of epilepsy after stroke in clinic is not clear, lacking a uniform standards, thus leading many difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment work, and the paper mainly elaborates and analyzes the diagnosis method and treatment method of epilepsy in order to summarize the research prognosis of diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy after stroke.
