摘　　要： 目的对比分析超声系统治疗与牙周翻瓣术治疗慢性牙周炎的短期临床疗效。方法方便选取2015年3月—2016年12月期间前来该院接受治疗的60例慢性牙周炎患者作为该次研究对象,患者口内的单根牙与多根牙的牙周探诊深度为5~7 mm之间的位点,对患者进行随机分组,研究组和对照组各30例,分别采取超声系统治疗与牙周翻瓣术治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗结束后3、6个月以及1年后的各项指标,并采用Florida探针系统检查患者探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)以及牙龈退缩(GR)情况。结果单根牙比较:治疗后的3、6、12个月,两组的PD(超声组:3.42、3.23、3.14;翻瓣术组:3.03、2.90、2.80)、CAL值与治疗前(PD:超声组:5.40;翻瓣术组:5.63)相比明显下降,GR值与治疗前比较,明显增加,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多根牙比较:治疗后,两组PD值明显下降,治疗前超声组:5.72;翻瓣术组:5.65,治疗后1年超声组:5.70;翻瓣术组:3.10,翻瓣术组最低,且两组的GR值(超声组:1.35、1.41、1.54;翻瓣术组:2.44、2.79、2.80,)与治疗前(超声组:0.95;翻瓣术组:0.83,)相比明显增加,两组CAL与治疗前相比,明显降低,翻瓣术组的CAL与治疗前比较明显降低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声系统治疗1年后的临床效果明显优于牙周翻瓣术,在多根牙的治疗上,牙周翻瓣术治疗的临床效果明显优于超声系统治疗效果。 Objective To compare the short curative effect of ultrasound system treatment and periodontal flap surgery treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were conveniently selected and the probing pocket depth of single rooted teeth and multiple rooted teeth was the site between 5~7 mm, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the research group and the control group were treated with ultrasound system and periodontal flap surgery, and various indexes at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the PD, CAL and GR situations of patients were examined by the Florida probing system. Results The single rooted teeth: in 3, 6, 12 months after treatment, the PD and CAL values of the two groups(PD ultrasound group 3.42,3.23,3.14; flap surgery group 3.03,2.90,2.80)obviously decreased compared with those before treatment(PD: 5.40, 5.63), and the GR value obviously increased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), multiple rooted teeth, the PD group obviously decreased,(ultrasound group, 5.72; flap surgery group: 5.65) before treatment, and ultrasound group: 5.70; flap surgery group: 3.10) in 1 year after treatment, and the GR values in the ultrasound group and in the flap surgery group obviously increased compared with those before treatment,(1.35,1.41,1.54 vs 0.95; 2.44,2.79,2.80 vs 0.83), and the CAL obviously decreased compared with that before treatment, and the CAL in the flap surgery group was obviously decreased compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasound system treatment after 1 year is better than that of periodontal flap surgery, and the clinical effect of periodontal flap surgery is obviously better than that of ultrasound system treatment.
