摘　　要： 目的对内镜治疗上消化道出血的临床效果与护理对策进行探讨。方法方便选取2013年8月—2014年12月期间前来该院接受内镜治疗的上消化道出血患者94例作为该研究对象,对患者进行随机分组,对照组和观察组各47例,对照组实施常规护理干预,给予观察组患者术前、术中、术后以及饮食口腔等护理措施,对比分析两组患者的治疗成功率、护理满意度、并发症发生率以及住院时间。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率为6.38%,显著少于对照组(21.28%),观察组住院时间为(4.1±1.2)d,明显短于对照组(6.8±2.1)d,观察组患者的治疗成功率(95.74%)显著高于对照组(78.72%),且与对照组(76.60%)相比,观察组患者的护理满意度(93.62%)更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜治疗上消化道出血的效果良好,在治疗过程中行有效的护理对策,能够有效提高患者的护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,且在缩短住院时间方面存在明显优势,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and nursing strategies of endoscope in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 94 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2014 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group adopted the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative and dieting dental nursing measures and the treatment success rate, nursing satisfactory degree, incidence rate of complications and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(6.38% vs 21.28%), and the length of stay in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group[(4.1±1.2)d vs(6.8±2.1)d], and the treatment success rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(95.74% vs 78.72%), and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.62% vs 76.60%), and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of endoscope in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is good, and the effective nursing strategies in the treatment course can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree, reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the length of stay, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
