摘　　要： 目的分析先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿行低剂量左甲状腺素治疗的效果。方法方便选取该院于2009年3月—2016年3月期间所收治的先天性甲状腺功能减低症患儿40例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成实验组和参照组,每组20例,对两组患儿治疗60 d时其甲状腺功能等指标进行记录分析。结果治疗60 d后,两组患儿的FT3以及FT4等指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中实验组的上述指标分别为(17.7±4.6)、(7.2±3.3)pmol/L;参照组的上述指标为(17.1±3.5)、(6.8±2.9)pmol/L,且实验组患儿TSH值显著低于参照组患儿,其中实验组的PIQ、VIQ以及FIQ指标分别为(105.9±11.3)分、(104.5±15.3)分以及(103.9±12.3)分,参照组的各项评分为(90.1±16.7)分、(90.7±16.4)分、(87.2±15.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将低剂量左甲状腺素应用于先天性甲状腺功能减低症中,能够有效改善患儿的智力和甲状腺功能水平,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of low-dose Levothyroxine in treatment of congenital hypothyroidism. Methods40 cases of children with congenital hypothyroidism admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each, the thyroid function indexes of the two groups after 60 d treatment were recorded and analyzed. Results After 60 d treatment, the differences in the FT3 and FT4 between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05), and the above indexes in the experimental group and in the control group were respectively(17.7±4.6),(7.2±3.3)pmol/L and(17.1±3.5),(6.8±2.9)pmol/L, and the TSH value in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the differences in the PIQ,VIQ and FIQ between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant, [(105.9 ±11.3)points,(104.5 ±15.3)points,(103.9 ±12.3)points vs(90.1 ±16.7)points,(90.7 ±16.4)points,(87.2 ±15.5)points](P <0.05). Conclusion The low-dose Levothyroxine in treatment of congenital hypothyroidism can effectively improve the intelligence and thyroid function level of children, and it is of important function to the clinical research.
