摘　　要： 目的分析卒中偏瘫患者接受早期康复训练的有效性。方法方便选择2015年10月—2016年10月该院收治的200例脑卒中偏瘫患者为实验对象,将其分为两组,每组100例。对照组病患接受常规护理。以此为基础,观察组患者接受早期康复训练。分析两组患者的临床治疗效果和护理前后生活质量情况。结果治疗前,对照组的Fugl-Meyer、神经功能缺损程度、Barthel差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,对照组上述指标为Fugl-Meyer、神经功能缺损程度、Barthel分别为(49.25±28.52)分、(15.28±11.14)分和(48.61±25.22)分。观察组为(57.61±33.62)分、(15.24±12.33)分和(56.34±33.21)分(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗有效率为53.00%,观察组为93.00%。和对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中偏瘫患者疾病早期,实施规范化康复治疗,能够在一定程度上提升患者的运动能力,促进神经功能恢复,值得进一步推广。 Objective To analyze the effectiveness of early rehabilitation training of patients with stroke hemiplegia. Methods 200 cases of patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the early rehabilitation training, and the clinical treatment effect and quality of life before and after nursing of the two groups were analyzed. Results Before treatment, there were no obvious differences in the Fugl-Meyer, nerve function defect degree and Barthel between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05), after treatment, the Fugl-Meyer, nerve function defect degree and Barthel in the control group and in the observation group were respectively(49.25±28.52)points,(15.28±11.14)points,(48.61±25.22)points and(57.61±33.62)points,(15.24±12.33)points,(56.34±33.21)points(P<0.05), and the treatment effective rate in the control group and in the observation group was respectively 53.00 % and 93.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of standardized recovery treatment of patients with stroke hemiplegia in the early stage can further improve the motor ability of patients and promote the recovery of nerve function, and it is worth further promotion.
