摘　　要： 目的探讨自体鼻中隔软骨在单侧唇裂序列治疗当中应用的效果。方法方便选取该院在2014年4月—2015年5月时间段内收治的33例单侧唇裂术所导致的鼻唇畸形患者作为研究对象,取自体鼻中隔软骨用以重建鼻软骨支架,治疗后观察患者鼻外观改善的情况。结果 33例患者在经过手术治疗之后,32例患者继发鼻唇畸形的情况得到了明显的改善,改善率达到了96.97%,1例患者手术治疗效果不佳,再次治疗后鼻外观基本恢复正常;对所有患者随访1年,均没有出现植入物移位以及局部感染、皮瓣坏死等症状。结论在单侧唇裂序列治疗当中应用自体鼻中隔软骨塑性效果显著,可以有效的改善患者鼻唇畸形的症状,提升患者外观的美观性,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。 Objective To study the effect of autogenous septal cartilage in the treatment of unilateral cleft lip sequence.Methods 33 cases of patients with nasolabial deformities caused by the unilateral cleft lip surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2014 to May 2015 were convenient selected and the autogenous septal cartilage was used for reconstruction of autologous costal cartilage framework, and the improvement situation of nasal appearance of patients after treatment was observed. Results Of 33 cases after surgery, the secondary nasolabial deformities of 32 cases was improved and the improvement rate was 96.97%, and the treatment effect of 1 case was bad and after the second treatment, the nasal appearance basically returned to normal, and all patients were followed up for 1 years, and no one was with implant displacement, local infection and skin flap necrosis. Conclusion The application effect of autogenous septal cartilage in the treatment of unilateral cleft lip sequence is obvious, which can effectively improve the symptoms of nasolabial deformities of patients and improve the beauty of appearance, which is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
