摘　　要： 介绍了建筑工程造价控制的重要性,分析了建筑工程设计阶段造价控制中存在的问题,从规范建筑设计行业市场、提高收费标准、熟练使用BIM软件等方面,阐述了设计阶段工程造价控制的优化措施,有利于降低施工成本,提高企业效益。 The paper introduces the importance of building engineering cost control, analyzes problems existing in building engineering cost control at design phase, and illustrates engineering cost control optimizing measures at design phase from aspects of regulating building design industry market, improving charging standards, and skillfully using BIM software, which will be good for reducing construction cost and improving enterprise benefits as well.
