摘　　要： 安置社区是我国在改革开放以后城市化进程中的产物,在设计与建造过程中往往简单照搬城市一般住区的模式,而忽视其住区使用者多样化的需求,因而暴露出诸多问题,以绍兴市界树坊安置社区为例,从人性化视角深入探讨安置社区中的空间特征与使用状况,以期能对未来的住区设计有所启示。 The resettlement community is in our country after the reform and opening up the city in the process of the product, in the design and construction process often simply copy the city residential general pattern, but ignore the residential user needs diversification, thus exposing many problems, this paper takes Shaoxing City Jieshufang resettlement community as an example, from the human nature from the perspective of the indepth study of resettlement in the community spatial characteristics and usage, in order to enlighten the design of residential area in the future.
