摘　　要： 以广州天河CBD为例,梳理了其近二十年的演变发展过程,总结了包括建筑体量与院落组合形式、街区改造、绿地生态系统等方面的变化特点,并通过调查访问,探究了其具有吸引力和可持续发展的原因,指出了不足之处,最后提出了对于日后CBD区域空间环境设计的建议。 The paper takes the Guangzhou Tianhe for an example to arrange its commercial complex, block and landscape evolution during the last twenty years. Moreover, summarizes the characteristics of building volume, courtyard forms, blocks reforming and green space ecosystem. And it find out the true reason why Tianhe CBD is attractive and development sustainable, pointed out the shortcomings, and finally put forward the proposal for future CBD regional space environmental design.
