摘　　要： 针对某大型海外火电投资项目,为保证电站锅炉安全运行及高可靠利用率,为避免超临界锅炉超温爆管风险,参考电厂实际运行实践,采取壁温监控优化措施,实现对锅炉超温报警、反馈调节功能。该措施增加机组锅炉安全稳定运行可靠性,为机组锅炉满足电站高利用率要求提供保障,也为类似海外火电项目提供借鉴。 This chapter is against the large-scale oversea coal-fired investment project, aiming to guarantee the safety operation and high availability of the boilers, and to avoid the risk in case the super-critical boiler may occur blasting due to the phenomenon of the temperature exceeding, referring to the practical operation of coal-fired plant, take the measure of the tube-temperature monitoring optimization measures, to realize the function ofT-exceeding alarm and feed-back adjustment.This measure increases the reliability of the boiler safety operating, to provide the guarantee for the plant high availability, in addition to provide the reference to other oversea investment project.
