摘　　要： 淫羊藿作为传统中药具有补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿等作用。淫羊藿苷是其主要的活性单体成分,淫羊藿素是淫羊藿苷的衍生物,具有多种药理作用。本文综述了近年来淫羊藿素抗肿瘤、抗肝纤维化、抑制骨质疏松和神经保护药理作用的研究进展,为淫羊藿素的进一步开发和利用提供了参考。 Epimedium,as a traditional Chinese herb,has the effects of improving the deficiency of kidney,strengthening the bones and muscles,and expelling wind-damp. Icariin( ICA) is the main active monomer component; icaritin( ICT)is a derivative of icariin,with a variety of pharmacological effects. This paper briefly reviewed the recent advances in the anti-tumor,anti-hepatic fibrosis,inhibition of osteoporosis and neuroprotective pharmacological effects of icaritin,and provided a reference for further exploitation and application of it.
