摘　　要： 目的:探讨粉尘螨舌下含服脱敏联合低温等离子下鼻甲消融治疗中-重度持续性变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将90例中-重度持续性变应性鼻炎患者随机分为2组,对照组45例,舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂(畅迪),每日1次,1~5号顺次使用;治疗组45例,舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂(方法同前)联合低温等离子下鼻甲消融术治疗。两组分别治疗3个月时及停药后24个月评定疗效。结果:治疗3个月时,对照组和治疗组显效率分别为33.3%、77.8%;有效率分别为77.3%、100%;治疗组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。停药后24个月时,对照组和治疗组显效率分别为64.4%、86.7%;有效率分别为93.3%、95.6%。有效率比较,P>0.05;显效率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应及过敏反应。结论:舌下粉尘螨含服联合下鼻甲低温等离子消融术治疗能够明显提高中-重度变应性鼻炎患者的近期疗效,亦能提高患者的远期显效率,较好的缓解患者的症状,且不良反应轻。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of sublingual desensitization combined with low temperature plasma inferior turbinate ablation in the treatment of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis( AR). Methods: Ninety patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups: the control group( n = 45) and the treatment group( n = 45). Patients in control group were treated with sublingual immunotherapy while patients in observation group received hypothermia plasma of radiofrequency ablation combined with sublingual immunotherapy. The curative effects were assessed after being treated for 3 months and 24 month after treatment. Results: The obvious effeciency was 33. 3% and 77. 8% respectively in the control group and the treatment group after 3 months of treatment. The total effective rate was 77. 3% of control group and 100% of observation group respectively. The rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). The obvious effective rate in 24 month after treatment was 64. 4%of control group and 86. 7% of observation group. The total effective rate was 93. 3% and 95. 6% respectively. Conclusion: TSublingual dust mite drops combined with low temperature plasma lower nose ablation can significantly improve the short-term curative effect of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis patients,and improve the long-term obvious effective rate of patients with good relief of symptoms and light adverse reaction.
