摘 要: 利用树脂切片技术,分析了莲初生叶不同发育时期的内部结构,发现初生叶的腹面具有乳突结构,乳突细胞下层具有结构特殊的栅栏状细胞;靠近下表皮的部分细胞特化为分泌细胞,其液泡中的分泌物质经历了先积累再消耗的变化过程。 In this study, the tissue and cell structure of lotus primary leaves at different development stages "were clearly analyzed by semi-thin sections. The results show,ed that papilla structure only existed on the dorsal side of primary leaves, and beneath that was one layer of palisade cells with special structure inside. Some mesophyll cells were adjacent to lower epidemiis specialized to secretory cells, "with secretory material inside firstly accumulated and then consumed.
