摘 要: 利用不同浓度赤霉素溶液,采用浸种、喷施、注入3种处理方法,用以研究诱导川魁芋1号开花情况。结果表明,赤霉素处理浓度在0.2~1.0 g/L时,都可以促进植株分蘖,诱导植株开花,其中喷施0.2~0.5 g/L的赤霉素对本材料花诱导效果良好,最适浓度为0.2 g/L,开花诱导率达60%,诱导花穗正常。 Under different concentrations of gibberellin solution, 3 treatments by soaking of seeds, spraying and injection were used to study the induction of flowering conditions in Sichuan. The results showed that, the concentration of 0.2-1.0 g/L gibberellin could promote plant tillering and induce flowering, and spraying gibberellin with the concentration of 0.2-0.5 g/L had better effect on inducing flowering for this material. In addition, the best gibberellin concentration was 0.2 g/L, and the induced inflorescence was normal with the flowering inducing rate of 60%.
