摘 要: 芡实是我国重要的水生蔬菜,其营养保健价值很高,是一种药食兼用的植物。对芡实的品种类型、开花习性及孢粉学研究、高产栽培技术、化学成分和药理作用等进行了综述。 Euryale ferox Salisb, an important aquatic vegetable in China with high nutrition and health value, is a plantsuited for both food and medicine. In this paper, the research progress of cultivar types, flowering characteristics and phytopalynology, high yield cultivation techniques, chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of foox w,as summarized.
