几种水生蔬菜组织培养研究进展

摘  要: 莲藕、慈姑、荸荠、芋等水生蔬菜长期无性繁殖,繁殖效率低,种性退化严重。利用植物组织培养技术,可培养和快速繁育无毒或少毒再生植株,恢复种性,提高繁殖系数。从外植体选择、分化培养、增殖培养、组培苗的生根、驯化及移栽等综述了莲藕、慈姑、荸荠和芋等组织培养技术,以期为该技术的提升和应用提供参考。 The aquatic vegetables such as lotus rhizome (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.), arrowhead (Sagittaria sagittifolia L.)water chestnut (Eleocharis tubemsa) and taro (Colocasj.a escuJenta (Linn.) Schott) have been asexually propagated with low efficiency, and the species degeneration is serious. Using the plant tissue culturetechnique, we can culture and rapidly breed non-toxic or less toxic regenerated plants, then restore species and improve the reproductive coefficient.The tissue culture technique including the explant selection, differentiation culture, proliferation culture, rooting, domestication and transplanting of tissue culture seedlings of lotus rhizome, arrowhead, water chestnut and taro were reviewed in order to provide references for the promotion of technology and application in the present study.
