摘　　要： 在全球化过程中,随着东西方的日益接触,东方的文化元素越来越多地出现在美国科幻作家的笔下。保罗·巴奇加卢皮的《发条女孩》是近年来世界范围内极具影响力的科幻作品,小说以未来世界的泰国为故事背景,进行了大量的东方书写。本文力图对《发条女孩》中的东方书写进行梳理,在后殖民语境中解读其东方书写,并从全球化视角出发,揭示《发条女孩》中东方书写的意义。 In the process of globalization,oriental elements appeared frequently in American science fiction because of a close communication between east and west. The Windup Girl,written by Paolo Bacigalupi in 2009,is an influential science fiction in recent years. It includes a mass of oriental writing on the background of Thailand in the near future. This paper tries to summarize the oriental writing in The Windup Girl and analyze it in the postcolonial context. It also reveals the meaning of the oriental writing from the perspective of globalization.
