摘　　要： 在高等职业教育迅猛发展的今天,高等职业院校图书馆面临着各种挑战。如何正视图书馆所面临的困境,转变观念,抓住机遇,探索高等职业院校图书馆发展的新路子,是图书馆工作者面临的课题。本文认为,应当从传统"和谐"观入手,培养高等职业院校图书馆读者的内在人格,加强图书馆工作人员特别是专业人员的素质,使管理者和读者之间达到一种良好的协同状态,为高等职业教育的发展作出贡献。 In the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,their libraries are facing various challenges.The higher vocational colleges＇ libraries should change the work concept,seize the opportunity to explore new ways of development of library in face of the difficulties. This paper holds that we should start from the traditional ＂ harmony＂ concept,cultivate inner personality of readers and strengthen the professional quality of the staff to get a good synergy between managers and readers to make our contributions to the development of higher vocational colleges.
